Sustainability: 

In an effort to reduce waste, most packaging materials including boxes, plastic bubble wrap and packing paper have been used previously. Please continue to contribute to this cycle and choose to recycle, reuse or donate your packaging as well. Our planet thanks you!  

Exchange / Return Policy: 

Most sales are final. Most items found here at Casita Amada are vintage items that are in good, pre-loved condition, and may show normal signs of wear-and-tear due to age. We make a conscious effort to point out any obvious flaws. Please be sure to read descriptions very clearly before purchasing and/or message us with any questions. Due to the nature of selling used goods, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges. Please contact me if there is something that you are truly unhappy with, we will always work with you to find a solution.

Shipping: 

Please allow 5-7 business from the time of your order for it to be shipped out from the state of Texas. We will always choose the fastest and least expensive shipping option for you. A email will be sent to you with tracking information as soon as your item has been sent out. If you need a faster turn around time, extra insurance, or professional courier services please contact me. 

Local Austin Texas sales:

Locals please use the “PICKUP” Option at checkout and not the “SHIP” option if you are choosing to pickup.  We will then send you a pickup notification once your order is ready and schedule a day and time to pick up your item. 

Furniture Purchases:

Prices marked on all Furniture/Large items, are priced for local Austin pickups and do NOT include shipping. This is noted in the descriptions as well. If you are interested in shipping a large items we are happy to put you in touch with a 3rd party shipper. Once you are in contact with the 3rd party company Casita Amada is no longer liable for the item and its condition. Our help is available through the shipping process and as always we are here to answer and questions or concerns. 

Assurance of authenticity:

My globally sourced art pieces undergo meticulous research and authentication, ensuring credibility. Unless stated, each item is personally certified as authentic by the art collector while other pieces may also include additional accredited source material.
